Usage：

1.Insert the Power adapter into Power socket.

2.Put conductive gels or cream on the body parts.

3.Press ON/OFF button, all color lights bright one by one. and then goes out.

4.Press RF button.RF start working and warming ,this is burning body fat function. You can adjust the RF intensity according  your body feeling .Press RF in first time is first level, totel 4 levels ,from weak to strong. people can adjust levels according body parts, for example: there are too thick body fat at abdomen, so we can use 4 th level which is the strongest thermal energy can burning body fat effectively; there are too small fat at arms, so we can use 1 st level which is the weakest thermal energy ,but it is enough for arms.
