I was just wondering if you could tell me the best method of using the breast vacuum

Hi, I was just wondering if you could tell me the best method of using the breast vacuum as no instructions have arrived in the box and I'm struggling to understand if I should use it as constant suction or to have a different method by vacuuming and releasing, specifically on larger breast which are sagging due to breast feeding. I have attached a photo of the model I ordered, and if possible would appreciate a user manual as I don't understand how to operate the machine properly.
